Think you know an MVP in the Melbourne business world?
Now is the time to nominate them for the United in Business (UIB) MVP Awards.
There are over 2,000 businesses in the wider United in Business network, many of which are doing fantastic work in the community and business space. The UIB MVP Awards recognize and reward companies from our wider community, via two award categories; Local Heroes and Business Making a Big Difference.
Everyone knows the local heroes within communities and without them, local and grassroots basketball just wouldn’t be what it is today. As we all know, many grassroots basketball clubs and associations rely on the generous support of local businesses. Each quarter, Melbourne United awards a business in the Victorian basketball community that has supported and made a difference to a local basketball club or association.
There are many businesses making a big difference within Melbourne and UIB is designed to cultivate relationships and facilitate real business opportunities that result in beneficial outcomes for all involved. Each quarter Melbourne United recognises a Victorian business that has made a significant difference to a customer or other business.
The winning recipient of each award will receive many exclusive benefits, including recognition on Melbourne United game day, a corporate box for one Melbourne United home game at Melbourne Arena, inclusion in a Melbourne United EDM with a video story, two invites to a United in Business major event and much more. In addition, the basketball club or association who nominates the Local Heroes award winner will receive 25 reserved seats to a Melbourne United home game.
With basketball and business booming in Melbourne, the United in Business MVP Awards is a chance to showcase those businesses making a difference.
